Tyler Bennett joined the Woodbridge, NJ office of Fameco Real Estate, LP in 2010. Tyler is active in many aspects of the business including Tenant and Landlord Representation and Development. Prior to joining Fameco, Tyler was a salesperson at Summit Realty Services, Inc. for 2 years. There he focused on retail development and leasing and investment sales and became a leading member of that office.  Tyler has worked with a number of retailers including, Walgreens, Compare Supermarkets, Advance Auto Parts, TD Bank, Pepboys Auto, WAWA, Kay Jewelers, Panera Bread, 7-Eleven, Quick Check Corporation, Club Metro USA Health Clubs and CVS Pharmacy, among others.  On the ownership side, he has worked with landlords and developers including Regency Centers, Hovnanian, The Ferber Company, Eden Property Company, Sanzari Enterprises, Developers Diversified Realty and Spano Partner Holdings.  Prior to Summit, Tyler was a salesperson at Visionary Real Estate Solutions where he focused primarily on multi-family investments.  Tyler attended Montclair University where he earned a degree in Political Science and a minor in Sociology. He is an active member of ICSC and is currently a member of the NJ/NY ICSC Next Generation Committee.
