Steven K. Winters joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2008 as a sales associate. Steven brings more than 21 years of experience in retail real estate spanning many disciplines including retail property leasing, sales, development layout and design and consulting on behalf of retailers, retail property owners and developers. Thus far in his brokerage career, Steven has completed well over 400 transactions, securing several million square feet of space worth in excess of $500 million dollars. He has represented such owner/developers as
Catellus/TPG, Invesco, Garden Commercial, H. Hovnanian, Archon, Principal Global, Kimco, The Brunetti Organization, The Lightstone Group, SL Green, ARC Properties and Crow Holdings. Steven has completed deals with Kohl’s, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Walmart, L.A. Fitness, A&P, Marshall’s and HomeGoods, Gold’s Gym, Shurgard Storage Centers, Starbucks, ShopRite, CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreen’s, and TD Bank, to name a few. Prior to joining Fameco, Steven was a Director in the Retail Brokerage Division of The Schultz Organization, LLC. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stockton College with a major in business and concentration in finance. Steven is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and donates his time working with children as a Little League & Travel Baseball Coach. |
