Elaine Maneval's property management career began in 1999 at the 800,000 sf Schuylkill Mall owned by Crown American Properties. Under her management, the property received awards for cost containment, NOI productivity and sales productivity. Crown merged with PREIT in 2003 and the property was sold in 2007. At this time she became a member of Fameco Management Services and holds the position of General Manager of the Schuylkill Mall. Elaine is a 1982 magna cum laude graduate of Penn State University, where she obtained a BA in Speech Communications and Broadcasting. She was employed in broadcast media for several years thereafter, followed by a brief career in mall marketing. Prior to switching career paths to property management, she was employed for 10 years in bank management, marketing, and training. In 2008, she became licensed as a PA Real Estate Salesperson. Elaine has a history of community involvement including past presidencies for the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce and Pottsville Business Association. She continues to volunteer her time by serving on several committees at her church and children’s private school. |
