Woodbridge Office Expands with New Hire

 
  
Woodbridge, NJ – Fameco is pleased to announce that its growing Central New Jersey office has expanded again with the hire of Michael Kestin. According to Fameco’s Founder & CEO, Brandon Famous, “since opening the office 10 months ago, the activity there has been tremendous despite the economy. The addition of Kestin to the team underscores our belief that clients need best of brand retail brokerage representation in Central and Northern New Jersey.”  Already, Fameco’s presence in the market has generated positive results. It currently represents more than 20 active retailers expanding in the region including Staples, Aldi, Chipotle, Crème de la Crème, Cici’s Pizza and Pep Boys, among others. In addition its leasing portfolio exceeds 2.2 million square feet and is comprised of a diverse mix of project types including grocery-anchored, regional and power centers, land for shopping center development and retailer surplus space.

  Kestin specializes in investment sales and prior to joining Fameco spent two years as a salesperson in Marcus & Millichap. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the NJ Property Owners Association. Kestin has also served as President of his own jewelry firm and has eight years experience in communications and advertising sales.
