FAMOUS LABELS TO OPEN AT SCHUYLKILL MALL

    Plymouth Meeting, PA — Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the region’s foremost full service retail real estate firm, is pleased to announce that Famous Labels has signed a 35,000 square foot lease at the Schuylkill Mall in Frackville, PA.

     Famous Labels is a deep discount junior department store that sells brand name apparel, housewares and gifts at very competitive prices. Based in Las Vegas, NV, the retailer has 25 locations nationally. Jerry Johnson was the Fameco Senior Director who handled the transaction on behalf of the mall’s owner, Michael Perlstein. According to Johnson, “the addition of Famous Labels to the merchandizing mix will help drive traffic to this Mall.” Famous Labels will join anchors Bon Ton, Kmart and Sears. In addition, Fameco Management Services acts as the mall’s property manager.
