Plymouth Meeting, PA — Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the region’s foremost full service retail real estate firm, is pleased to announce that it has been retained by Sally Beauty Holdings to roll out its concept, CosmoProf, in the tristate region.
Texas-based Sally Beauty Holdings recently acquired Schoeneman Beauty Supply, Inc. a 43 unit chain targeted exclusively to professional salons. As part of Sally Beauty’s expansion plans, not only will the existing stores be rebranded as CosmoProf, but an aggressive store roll out campaign will begin. Fameco’s Jim Creed and Gary Leone will spearhead this initiative. CosmoProf seeks approximately 2,000 units in power centers, strip centers and street retail locations. According to Nicole Curtis, Senior Real Estate Representative for Sally Beauty Holdings, “Fameco has done an outstanding job in helping the Sally Beauty concept expand its store count in the region. We are confident that this same market expertise will help us effectively position CosmoProf in strategic locations throughout the market.”
