Fameco Real Estate to Assist in Aggressive Store Roll Out
WOODBRIDGE, NJ.— Fameco Real Estate is pleased to announce that Boardwalk Fresh Burgers and Fries has signed its first lease In New Jersey at Summit Plaza in Hackensack. Fameco’s Tyler Bennett represented the retailer and will spearhead its aggressive expansion in the market.
Maryland-based Boardwalk Fresh Burgers and Fries has signed a lease for 2,684 square feet at Summit Plaza, a Stop N Shop anchored center in Hackensack, NJ. According to Bennett, “I expect this concept to do tremendously well at this location. With the strong population density in the trade area, including a high day time population and the fact that this market lacks a similar concept, I believe will all attribute to their success.” Bennett will also assist the retailer with its aggressive store roll out program. Boardwalk Fresh Burgers and Fries is looking for 1,700-2,500 square foot units of inline, end cap or freestanding space. Daytime population of 10,000 persons within 1 mile is required.
Boardwalk Fresh Burgers and Fries intends to grow to more than 200 stores in the next five years via franchise opportunities. The company has reached franchise agreements across the country to expedite the growth process. The company, known for its 30-year-old Boardwalk Fries sister chain, branched into burgers to capture America’s love for the hamburger and fries in a “fast-casual” setting.
