TYLER BENNETT JOINS FAMECO
Woodbridge, NJ – Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the region’s foremost retail real estate brokerage firm, is pleased to announce that Tyler Bennett has joined the Woodbridge, NJ office as a Salesperson.
In 2008, Plymouth Meeting, PA-based Fameco Real Estate, LP expanded its presence in central and northern NJ by opening an office in Woodbridge, NJ. Since then, the growth of the Woodbridge office is nothing short of explosive. As a result, Fameco has emerged as one of the dominant retail brokerage firms in the market. Bennett, who worked for both Summit Realty Services and Visionary Real Estate Solutions in a similar capacity, will work with the group’s tenant representation and landlord leasing divisions. He has worked with such retailers as TD Bank, Club Metro USA, Advance Auto, Walgreen’s, Wawa and Chase Bank, among others. On the landlord side he has represented both private investors and developers. According Michael Levin, Fameco’s Chief Operating Officer, “Bennett is a great addition to the team. Fameco has successfully secured two of the most high profile new development leasing assignments in the region, Teterboro Landing and The Point at Sayreville. In addition, Fameco’s NJ team has been chosen by Kimco Realty to represent Holmdel Towne Center anchored by A&P, Marshall’s and HomeGood’s, as well as by other owners across the region representing in excess of 3 million square feet of retail leasing assignments. Fameco continues to secure an impressive stable of expanding retailer assignments in the region. Fameco was awarded the assignment to represent Walmart and Sam’s Club in Bergen, Passaic, Essex and Somerset New Jersey Counties. Darden restaurants, the parent company of Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Seasons 52 and Bahama Breeze and retailers like Staples, Aldi, Crème de la Crème, At Home Recreation and Chipotle have all selected Fameco to assist them with their store expansion programs.
