FAMECO MANAGEMENT SECURES 3 NEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSIGNMENTS  

     PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA.— Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the region’s foremost full service retail real estate firm is pleased to announce that its property management division, Fameco Management Services,  has secured 3 new property management assignments totaling 188,000 square feet.

In these times of economic uncertainty, Fameco Management Services (“FMS”) has continued its growth trend. For the past four years the group has been named to Chain Store Age’s list of fastest growing third party management companies nationally. The addition of these properties to the management portfolio puts the total square footage managed at more than 11 million.

FMS’ portfolio is diverse, encompassing assignments from unanchored strips centers, to supermarket-anchored centers to regional power centers and malls. The new projects include Delcroft Shopping Center, a 147,500 square foot community center anchored by Save-A-Lot, Rite Aid, Family Dollar, and a US Customs office. Fameco will also act as the leasing agent. The other properties are both free standing and include a vacant Acme in Bordentown, NJ for which Fameco also serves as the leasing agent and the Anthropologie store on Lancaster Avenue in Wayne, PA.
