FAMECO LEASES 50,000 SQUARE FEET TO ROSES

PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA.— Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the region’s foremost full service retail real estate firm is pleased to announce that it has completed a lease transaction with Roses for 50,000 square feet at Rising Sun Plaza. The shopping center is located at the intersection of Rising Sun Avenue and Adams Avenue, Philadelphia, PA.

 

Roses is a wholly owned subsidiary of North Carolina-based Variety Wholesalers, Inc. The company specializes in value-priced merchandise including both hard and soft goods. With 100+ stores nationally, this is Roses’ first store in the Delaware Valley. Jed Masloff and Jim Creed, the Fameco salespersons who represented Roses in this transaction, stated that Roses is backfilling a portion of the vacated National Wholesale Liquidators space. They were able to achieve favorable lease terms and will establish a solid base from which to roll out additional stores in the region. Roses’ Grand Opening is February 25.
