FAMECO REAL ESTATE ADDS THREE

TO NEW OFFICE IN WOODBRIDGE, N.J.


     PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA — Fameco Real Estate has added  two top salespeople  and transferred one of its most experienced property managers to its new Woodbridge, N.J., office. “These initiatives are another indication of the continued growth of our clientele in northern and central New Jersey,” announced Brandon Famous, founder and CEO of the retail real estate firm based in Plymouth Meeting, PA. Famous noted that “the growth of this office during a period of economic uncertainty testifies to the strength of this market, its potential and the strength of Fameco.”

    Daniel Spector is the third new salesperson to be brought on since the Woodbridge office’s inception in June. Additionally, Perry GraBois, a 6 year veteran of Fameco and one of its top producers, has begun to office out of Fameco’s Woodbridge location.  They join a handful of highly respected salespeople including Carlo Caparruva, Mike Horne, and Steven Winters.

    Spector has held executive positions in all facets of real estate, from construction to sales and leasing, will bring more than 30 years of hands-on experience to the Woodbridge office. Formerly with Alpha Development, he also held management positions with Winick Realty Group and The Schultz Organization among others.  A resident of Oakhurst, N.J., Spector has handled more than 350 retail transactions, including leasing, investment and land sales, in New York, Central and Northern New Jersey.

    GraBois has successfully turned several Delaware Valley assignments into regional ones covering central and northern New Jersey.  He currently represents Staples, Chipotle, among other notable retailers in this market. In a career spanning more than 12 years in retail real estate, he has negotiated deals involving many of the nation’s foremost retailers including Home Depot, Best Buy, PetSmart, TGI Friday’s and Radio Shack.  In addition to his retailer representation experience, GraBois brings extensive expertise in landlord leasing, as well.  His ability to cross sell and expand Fameco’s reach cannot be underestimated and his presence there will reinforce Fameco’s growing dominance in the market. 

    Larry Zipf, who heads Fameco’s Management Services Division said, “the firm’s reputation and its explosive growth in all sectors of the business in recent years have attracted many new retail clients and owners.” To further augment property management operations in central/northern New Jersey, one of its existing property managers, Wayne Neis, will operate out of the Woodbridge office. Zipf said Wayne Neis, who joined Fameco in 2006, will bring more than 25 years of property management experience to his new assignment.


     Neis began his real estate career in 1983 with Cushman & Wakefield in New York as assistant manger of the IBM Building.  He later managed the corporate headquarters for pharmaceutical giant Wyeth in New York and, in 2001, joined The Schultz Organization, where he was responsible for a portfolio of commercial, industrial, residential and retail properties.

    Fameco Real Estate currently has more than 3 million s.f. of lease and management assignments in the central/northern New Jersey market, where it is the exclusive tenant representative for Staples, Staples Print & Copy, Fisher Property Group, Yankee Candle, Savers, Aldi Supermarkets, Chipotle, PF Chang’s, JB Dawsons, Benihana, Ra Sushi, Golden Corral, Darden Concepts (Red Lobster, Oliver Garden, Seasons 52, Bahama Breeze and Longhorn), Corner Bakery, J. Alexander, Jason’s Deli and Pollo Comparo, among others.
