FAMECO TO HANDLE THE SALE OF SEVERAL
FRANK INVESTMENT PROPERTIES IN NEW JERSEY
PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA.--Frank Investments has selected Fameco Real Estate to dispose of five properties in southern New Jersey, it was announced by Brandon Famous, founder and CEO of the retail real estate firm based in Plymouth Meeting, Pa.
Among the properties to be sold is the Rio Mall, in Rio Grande, N.J. The 164,927 s.f. shopping center at the intersection of Routes 9 and 47 in Cape May County is anchored by K-Mart and a Frank Theatres.
The following properties, considered "excess or underutilized" by the company, are 14.62 acres at 445 Absecon Avenue in Absecon, N.J.; at 5213 Ventnor Avenue there are three adjoining parcels totaling 15,000 s.f. in Ventnor, N.J.; 13.26 acres at 3320 White Horse Pike in Mullica, N.J., and 2 acres with an approved site plan for a shopping center at MacArthur Blvd. and Braddock Avenue in Somers Point, N.J. Fameco's Perry GraBois is the salesperson spearheading these assignments.
GraBois noted that three of the five properties, in Ventnor, Absecon and Somers Point, are just minutes away from Atlantic City and the highest concentration of casinos on the east coast. The other properties are about an hour from Atlantic City.
