FAMECO REPRESENTS BUYER IN PURCHASE OF 6 ACRES IN FLEMINGTON, N.J. FOR TRACTOR SUPPLY

         Plymouth Meeting, PA-- Fameco Real Estate negotiated the purchase of 7.75 acres at 144 Highway 202 in Flemington, N.J., where a Tractor Supply Company store will be constructed, it was announced by Brandon Famous, CEO and founder of the retail real estate firm based in Plymouth Meeting, Pa.  The purchase price was not disclosed.

    According to Fameco's Dan Shabel, who represented the buyer, The Keith Corporation, the transaction was his fifth on behalf of The Keith Corporation as it continues its expansion of its build-to-suit program for Tractor Supply Company in New Jersey.  The seller was Cary Reimer, et al.
