LANDLORD LEASING ASSOCIATE (ALL LEVELS)
Fameco Real Estate, Philadelphia’s pre-eminent brokerage firm specializing in retail real estate and the shopping center industry, is looking to add salespeople with all levels of experience.
Fameco’s listings portfolio currently exceeds 19 million square feet and is comprised of a diverse mix of property types including power, community, neighborhood and lifestyle centers, as well as enclosed malls. Fameco’s service platform also includes tenant representation, investment sales and property management.
Position Summary:
- Responsible for design and execution of leasing campaigns for assigned centers
- Canvass for prospective tenants via existing relationships, cold calls, direct mail, and email
- Prepare and assist in LOI negotiations
- Show space
- Prepare monthly leasing reports
- Solicit for new business, attend meetings, etc.
- Cross sell Fameco's service lines to maximize business potential
- Act as liaison with property owners; both institutional as well as entrepreneurial
- Train, develop and mentor junior associates, if appropriate
Requirements:
- Prior real estate experience with proven track record
- Landlord leasing experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of greater Philadelphia and extended real estate market strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Ability to work independently and with team in fast paced environment
- NJ real estate license

Due to the rapid growth of our Woodbridge, NJ office we are looking to expand our Woodbridge, NJ sales team by adding talented salespeople to assist with all phases of retail real estate transactions with an emphasis on Landlord Leasing.
Position Summary:
- Responsible for identifying and securing retailers and other appropriate tenants for significant 3rd party landlord leasing assignments
- Assist in design and execution of leasing campaigns
- Prepare monthly leasing reports
- Prepare and assist in LOI negotiations
- Canvass and solicit landlords/developers for leasing assignments
- Cross sell Fameco’s service lines to maximize business potential
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of retail real estate experience with proven track record
- Knowledge of central and northern NJ markets
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize.
- Must be a motivated self-starter
- Ability to work independently and with team in fast paced environment
- NJ real estate license

SALES ASSISTANT
Fameco is one of the pre-eminent brokerage firms in the NJ/PA/DE area specializing in retail real estate and the shopping center industry. Due to the rapid growth of our Woodbridge, NJ office we are looking to expand our Woodbridge team by adding a talented sales assistant to work with our landlord leasing representatives in marketing and leasing space in shopping centers.
This is a tremendous entry level opportunity for an individual looking to advance their commercial real estate career. Following a salaried training period of approximately 1 year, this position could evolve into a traditional commissioned salesperson role.
Responsibilities include:
- Canvassing prospective tenants
- Driving and learning retail markets
- Researching retailers, landlords, and retail real estate
- Using tax mapping and other tools to identify owners of real estate
- Populating and maintaining company database
- Preparing market overviews
Successful candidates will have:
- An interest in retail real estate
- Ability to take direction and to work independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good writing skills
- Initiative
- NJ Real Estate license preferred, but not required
