RAS Brokerage is a full-service brokerage firm that combines real estate expertise with experience servicing the restaurant and hotel industries. Founded in 1994 by David Orkin, RAS specializes in tenant representation and site selection for restaurant companies, asset disposition and leasing and marketing of properties to restaurants on behalf of owners of shopping centers, hotels, apartments and office buildings.

RAS' goal is to assist its clients in finding and securing the most desirable locations for their concepts and marketing its clients' properties to the appropriate target audience; be it the national or regional chain or local restaurateur. As a member of the Council of International Restaurant Brokers, RAS can more readily identify and access new concepts entering the region as well as facilitate the expansion opportunities for its clients in other markets.
