Fameco Real Estate, the region’s pre-eminent brokerage firm specializing in retail real estate and the shopping center industry, seeks highly motivated individual to join its team as a Production Assistant in the Graphics Department.
This is a production-oriented position though a solid understanding of design is critical. The position requires an enthusiastic, detail oriented and organized individual who is able to take direction, handle multiple time sensitive deadlines and can work efficiently both individually and as part of a team. This position entails heavy usage of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop (all on a Mac platform) along with various aerial, mapping and demographic software. Web knowledge & ability to read maps a plus.
Duties of this position include but are not limited to: creating new brochures and updating existing brochures, updating aerials, creating and updating thematic maps, periodically designing ads for publication, ensuring the most updated files are available to the sales force, etc.
