Steven K. Winters joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2008 as a sales associate. Steven brings over 16 years of experience in retail real estate spanning many disciplines including retail property leasing, development, design and consulting on behalf of retailers, retail property owners and developers. Thus far in his brokerage career, Winters completed over 400 deals, securing several million square feet of space worth in excess of $500 million dollars. He has represented such owner/developers as Tarragon Development Corporation, Invesco, Archon, Principal Global, SL Green, and Crow Holdings. Additionally he has completed deals with such tenants as Lowe’s Home Improvement, A&P, Marshall’s, Shurgard Storage Centers, ShopRite, Home Goods, and Commerce Bank. Prior to joining Fameco, Steven functioned as Director in the Retail Brokerage Division of The Schultz Organization, LLC and most recently served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Pyramid Property Partners, LLC, a related development company. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stockton College with a major in business and concentration in finance. Steven is continuing his education by attending Monmouth University’s Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program as well as educational and informational seminars and industry trade shows every year. Steven is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and donates his time working with children as a Little League Baseball Coach and Assistant Soccer Coach. |
