Sandra Horton joined Fameco Management Services (“FMS”) in 2006.  As an Accounts Payable Clerk Sandra is responsible for processing all accounts payable for the group’s managed properties. Prior to joining FMS Sandra spent over 20 years as a Credit and Collection Analyst for a  pharmaceutical company. Additionally, Horton was an Accounts Payable Specialist at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia for 12 years.  She is a graduate of Pierce College with a degree in business.
