Sharon A. Napier-Alba joined Fameco Real Estate, LP’s Property Management division in 2011.  Formerly, Sharon was the Chief Investment Officer at Brandywine Financial Services Corporation for 16 years where she was responsible for the overall operations of a 10 million square foot residential and commercial property portfolio spanning 32 states. Sharon was accountable for investment management, refinancings, due diligence for acquisitions, maintenance, property management, accounting, asset management, investor communications, lender communications and cash distributions.

Prior to that, Sharon served as Assistant Controller for Kennedy Properties, LLC; Controller for Terracon Corporation; Consultant for MSK Associates; Quality Assurance and Documentation Manager for Maxwell Systems, Inc., and Special Projects Manager for Progress Federal Savings Bank.

A graduate of Ursinus College with a B.B.A. degree in Accounting and a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University with an M.B.A. in Finance, Sharon brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry to her new role.
