Marc Mandel joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in January, 2006.  He specializes in both landlord and tenant representation. To date, he has completed portfolio disposition work on behalf of a national REIT as well as former restaurant facilities.  Through these transactions Marc has negotiated deals with local businesses, regional banks as well as national financial institutions.  He has also completed transactions with a diverse mix of retailers including Jared Galleria of Jewelry, Verizon Wireless, Dunkin Donuts, and Plaza Azteca, among others.  Marc is a graduate of Towson University where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration.  He is an active member of ICSC and has been a member of the Philadelphia ICSC NextGen Committee since 2007. In 2008, Marc was named the recipient of the Fameco Business Development Award for exemplary new business solicitation activities.
