Matthew Mandel joined Fameco Real Estate, LP in 2008.  He specializes in both landlord and tenant representation for national and local retailers and restaurants expanding the tri-state area.  To date, Matthew’s client portfolio includes some of the nation’s fastest growing restaurant groups, such as Buffalo Wild Wings, Firehouse Subs, and Pei Wei by PF Chang’s, as well as up-and-coming restaurants like Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza.  He also represents Staples and Cracker Barrel. He is a graduate of the University of Miami (Florida) where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration.  Matthew is also an active member of ICSC.
