Linda Kukulski joined Fameco Real Estate, LP in February 2007 as a Property Management Accountant. Formerly, Linda was a Property Accountant with KravcoSimon Company where her primary accounting duties included budgeting, variance analysis, reforecasting and the preparation of GAAP basis and tax basis financial reports. A graduate of Temple University with a B.B.A. degree in Accounting, Linda brings over 30 years of property management experience to her position at Fameco. |
