Karyn Bennett joined Fameco Management Services as an Asset Manager in 2007. In this role she is responsible for the supervision of commercial retail assets for national and regional clientele. Her clients include SCI Real Estate Investments and Urdang Capital Management among others. Prior to joining Fameco Karyn served as a Senior Real Estate Manager for CB Richard Ellis where she oversaw a portfolio of REITs and investment-grade properties in the suburban Philadelphia market. Karyn also held the role of General Manager for Equity Office Properties in Boston, MA. In this role she was responsible for the management of a 2,000,000 sf portfolio in Boston’s downtown Financial District. She is a member of BOMA and CREW and was awarded the Boston BOMA Executive of the year in 2004 as well as a Atlanta BOMA TOBY award in 1999. Karyn is a graduate of Texas Christian University and of Harvard Business School Boston Future Leaders’ Executive Studies.
