Julie Tanpitukpongse joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in April 2008 as a Sales Assistant. She is actively involved in the owner representation division, working closely with Jon Kushner on Ellis Preserve Town Square, a new 400,000 square foot lifestyle center project in Newtown Square, PA. Prior to joining Fameco, Julie spent three years with Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust as the Assistant General Manager of Willow Grove Park. In addition, she has assisted in the redevelopment of the Plymouth Meeting Mall, an 800,000 square foot shopping center, which includes an addition of 200,000 sq. ft. for a Whole Foods, lifestyle wing, and three restaurants. Julie received her BA in Psychology and Foreign Languages & Literature (Spanish Studies) from the University of Delaware, and an MBA and a Masters in Finance from Drexel University. Julie is a member of ICSC. |
