John Krause joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P.  in 2007 as a sales assistant.  John is actively involved in both the landlord and tenant representation divisions of Fameco. Over the past 4 years John has worked on the site identification, negotiation, leasing, and land disposition of local and national retailers such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, Home Depot, and Dress Barn. Additionally, John’s landlord leasing portfolio has exceeded over 1,000,000 square feet of retail space, working with local, regional, and national landlords, including such REITs as Vornado Realty Trust and Acadia Realty Trust.

Prior to joining Fameco, John worked for Interstate Commercial Real Estate, Inc. where he represented and completed deals for Commerce Bank through its expansion in the  mid-Atlantic region. John is a graduate of Drexel University where he earned a bachelors degree in Business Finance. John is also an active member of ICSC.
