Daniel Spector joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2008 as a sales associate.  Spector brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience to Fameco and has held executive positions in all facets of real estate, from construction to sales and leasing. Formerly with Alpha Development, he also held management positions with Winick Realty Group and The Schultz Organization among others.   He has brokered over 350 deals with such retailers as Blockbuster Video, Duane Reade, Starbucks, and many others.  Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Montana.  He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
