Dale Peterson joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2008 as part of the Investment Sales division.  Dale brings more than 20 years of industry experience.  He has negotiated over $850 million in commercial real estate transactions with such notable retailers as PNC, Wilmington Trust, Lone Star Steakhouse, Staples and Sullivan’s Steakhouse, among others.   Formerly a Vice President of Retail Investments at Grubb & Ellis, Dale has represented such clients as Chelsea Property Group, Walgreens, Shell Oil, Auto Zone and Burger King.  Prior to that, he served as a Shopping Center Investment & Development Specialist at CB Richard Ellis.  Dale is a graduate of the University of Delaware, where he earned a B.S. in business administration and an M.B.A. in marketing.  He is an active member of the ICSC.
