Chad Blankenbiller joined Fameco Real Estate. L.P., in 2008 a sales assistant. As part of the investment sales team, his primary role is to gather and maintain a complete understanding of the Philadelphia market and its surrounding sub-markets. In addition to understanding the local commercial real estate arena, Chad will play a critical role in preparing marketing materials, promoting property listings, and generating new business opportunities. Prior to joining FAMECO, Chad worked for Pulte Homes, Arizona Partners LLC, and CB Richard Ellis of Phoenix. He has a degree in Real Estate Finance & Investment from Arizona State University. |
