Carlo J. Caparruva joined Fameco Real Estate, LP in 2008 as a sales associate. Carlo has more than 15 years of experience in Landlord Representation, Investment Sales, Acquisitions and Development which has led to over $500 million in transactions with some of the nation’s largest institutions, including RREEF, Investcorp, Inland, Marriott and others. Prior to joining Fameco, Carlo was a Principal and Broker of Record of Fidelity Properties, LLC., a NJ based Development and Brokerage firm. He was responsible for the performance of a 5,000,000 sf retail portfolio that extended from Connecticut to Florida, with a concentration of institutional grade neighborhood and power centers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. During his tenure, the Fidelity-owned portfolio had an occupancy rate exceeding 99% of GLA. In addition, Carlo was instrumental in securing more than 1,400,000 sf in third party leasing assignments, as well as 1,300,000 sf in new property acquisitions. Prior to joining Fidelity, Carlo served as Vice President of Investment Sales for Jeffery Realty, Inc, a New Jersey retail brokerage firm. A graduate of Upsala College, Carlo holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and History. He is a member of several professional organizations including the American League of Lobbyists and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a licensed NJ Real Estate Broker. |
