Carlo J. Caparruva joined the New Jersey Office Fameco Real Estate, LP in 2008. Carlo has nearly 20 years of experience in Landlord Representation, Investment Sales, Acquisitions and Development, leading to over $500 million in transactions throughout the United States. His background in corporate real estate has led to over 6,000,000 sf of transactions with some of the nation's largest institutions including RREEF, Investcorp, ING, Inland and Marriott. Prior to joining Fameco, Carlo was a Principal and Broker of Record Fidelity Properties, LLC, a NJ based Development and Brokerage firm. He was responsible for the performance of 5,000,000 sf retail portfolio that extended from Connecticut to Florida, with a concentration of institutional grade neighborhood and power centers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. An active member of ICSC; Carlo sits on both the Government Relations and Political Action Committees for New Jersey, advocating legislation for the Shopping Center Industry. A graduate of Upsala College, Carlo holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in political science and history and is a licensed NJ Real Estate Broker. |
