Brett Miller joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2008. As part of the landlord division he is actively involved in leasing, working closely with Adam Kohler. Brett brings more than 6 years of retail real estate experience to his role. Prior to joining Fameco, Brett was a salesperson with Legend Properties working in both landlord and tenant representation with a focus on Center City, Philadelphia. He has leased developments with Dranoff Properties, AIMCO, Rimas Properties, Enterprise Heights Development and Killian Properties. In addition, Brett has completed transactions with retailers such as CVS Pharmacy, Corner Bakery, Bang & Olufson, Red Wing Shoes, Subway and Avis/Budget Rent A Car. Brett is a graduate of Hobart College. A licensed professional in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, he is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Tri-State Association of Commercial Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. |
