David Orkin is the founder and principal of RAS Brokerage and became a partner at Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2005 when the firms merged.  David brings over 23 years of diversified real estate experience with primary focus on tenant representation and site selection, asset disposition and leasing.  He has coordinated regional growth and development plans for a number of restaurant companies.   A representative list of his clients includes P.F. Chang’s, Darden Restaurants (Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Longhorn, Capital Grill, Seasons 52) Oceanaire, Carlson Restaurants (TGIF), , Fox and Hound, 99 Restaurants, Roy’s Restaurants, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, Damon’s, Houlihan’s, Devon Seafood Grill, Buca di Beppo, Bertucci’s and Benihana.  David holds several professional memberships, among them with the International ICSC, Council of International Restaurant Brokers and the National Restaurant Association.
