Len Crescenzo joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2008 as Director of Construction.  Len will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process.  Prior to joining Fameco, Len was Senior Project Manager for Metro Commercial where he directly oversaw the construction of several new centers and was involved in the construction process acting as the owner’s construction representative on 53 others.  He has also held various construction management positions at Whitesell Construction, F. W Woolworth Co, Western Development, Melville Realty Corporation, and Linens N Things.  Len is an active member of ICSC.
