James Creed Jr. joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2005.  He is actively involved in both the Landlord and Tenant representation divisions at Fameco.  Over the past six years James has contributed to the site identification, negotiation, and leasing for several national  and regional retailers such as Sally Beauty, Payless Shoe Source, McDonald’s, Variety Wholesalers, CosmoProf, Sports Clips, LA Weight Loss, and Pat’s Pizza among others.  In addition to his work in the Tenant representation division, James has excelled in the Landlord representation division.  In the last six years James has leased in excess of 450,000 square feet of retail space for numerous national, regional, and local Landlords. James graduated from Trinity College where he received his B.A. in Political Science.  He was a two sport athlete for the Bantams during his collegiate career, and remains actively involved with the local community as a football and lacrosse coach.
