James Creed Jr. joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in October 2005 as a Sales Assistant. He is actively involved in both the owner and tenant representation divisions, working closely with Gary Leone and Rick Schuch. Over the past year James has contributed to the site identification, negotiation, and leasing for several national retailers, while also bringing in new business through several listings on improved and raw land deals. In addition to these activities, James has assisted in leasing and pre-leasing two retail centers equaling approximately 900,000 sf. James graduated from Trinity College where he received his B.A. in Political Science. |
