Larry Zipf joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2005 and is President of Fameco Management Services Associates, LP. Larry oversees asset management, property and construction management, and owner financial reporting for a shopping center portfolio exceeding 11.5 million square feet. He is also in charge of the firm's national institutional asset management engagements, which include properties in the west, south central, southeast and midwest United States. Before joining Fameco, Larry’s experience included Managing Director of Asset Services for the Philadelphia region at CB Richard Ellis, Inc., where he oversaw a 10 million square foot portfolio of office, industrial and retail space, and partner at Jackson Cross Company where he handled a real estate portfolio of 16 million square feet. Larry is a former President of BOMA Philadelphia, is an active member of the ICSC, and maintains a Pennsylvania real estate license. He is a graduate of Duke University with a Bachelor's in Economics and holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Virginia's Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration. |
