Larry Zipf serves as President of Fameco Management Services. He joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2005 as Senior Vice President of Owner Services. Formerly Managing Director of Asset Services for the Philadelphia region at CB Richard Ellis, Inc., Larry oversees asset management, property and construction management, and owner leasing reporting. He is also in charge of the firm's recently acquired national institutional asset management engagements, which includes properties in the west, south central, southeast and midwest United States. At CBRE, Larry managed a portfolio of 10 million s.f. of office, industrial and retail space. Earlier, as a partner at Jackson Cross Company, he handled a real estate portfolio exceeding 16 million s.f. Larry is a graduate of Duke University with a Bachelor's in Economics and Master's in Business Administration from the University of Virginia's Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration. |
