Brian Bruzek joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in January 2005.  He began his work with the Investment Sales division, canvassing the region for various types of retail opportunities.  His primary focus is now on the tenant representation side, working with Kohl’s Department Stores, Dick's Sporting Goods Toys R Us/Babies R Us, Nordstrom Rack, Carmax, Petco Animal Supplies and Performance Bicycle, among others, in their Philadelphia expansion. Additonally, Brian is responsible for a landlord representation portfolio approaching one million square feet.

Brian is a graduate of Bucknell University, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and is actively involved in ICSC.
