Ronald J. Cappello joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2004. Ron is a senior member of the firm’s Investment Sales division. Formerly the Senior Director of Acquisitions at Federal Realty Investment Trust, he earlier served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Mid-Atlantic Realty Trust (now part of Kimco), and Vice President of Acquisitions at Kramont Realty Trust (now Centro-Watt). Ron brings over 20 years of experience and expertise in real estate sales and brokerage to his position at Fameco. He is experienced in many facets of the industry including leasing, redevelopment, asset management, finance, and sales.  Ron has completed well over $800 million in lease and sale transactions since entering the industry.  A graduate of Towson University, with a Bachelors Degree in Management and Marketing, Ron also earned a Masters of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.  Ron has been a member of the ICSC since 1990, and has been on the Program Planning Committee for the Philadelphia ICSC Conference since 1999.
