David Martin joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2004 as a Senior Staff Accountant for the Management Services department. He graduated from Arcadia University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting. He has over 10 years experience in property management. David has been responsible for all aspects of the preparation of the financial reporting provided to ownership for up to 17 properties and 10 asset management properties. Fameco Management Services currently provides accounting reporting to 55 properties in which David has played an active role in the financial aspects of each one. He is also very active in the accounting aspects of the TIC properties / 1031 exchange properties. Previously, David worked at Continental Property Management in the accounting department working his way through the ranks until he left after 8 years of service as the Assistant Accountant. |
