Cathy Agnew joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in November 2003 as a Sales Associate, specializing in owner representation. Cathy has over 25 years of retail real estate experience in the Philadelphia area and has previously held positions at Federal Realty Investment Trust and Kravco Company. . In August of 2007, Cathy joined Tri-State Ventures, L.P., Fameco Real Estate’s development division. In her position, Cathy is responsible for overseeing small-shop leasing activity related to Tri-State’s 3.2 million square foot retail portfolio, which includes established shopping centers as well as numerous development projects in the tri-state area. Cathy has an Associate in Arts degree from Montgomery County Community College, holds real estate licenses in both PA and NJ and is a member of the ICSC. |
