Cathy Agnew joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in November 2003 as a Sales Associate, specializing in owner representation. Cathy has over 21 years of retail real estate experience in the Philadelphia area and has previously held positions at Federal Realty Investment Trust, based in Wynnewood, PA and Kravco Company, based in King of Prussia, PA. Cathy currently represents over 1.3 million square feet in landlord leasing assignments, and has completed deals with Texas Roadhouse, Petco, Friendly’s Restaurants and New Balance, among others. Cathy has an Associate in Arts degree from Montgomery County Community College and is a member of the ICSC. |
