Dawn DeCarlo joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in April 2003 as the Accounting Manager for the Fameco Management Services division. In January 2004 she was promoted to the Corporate Controller position
and in 2011 to Vice President of Finance. Dawn oversees all aspects of the company’s financial recording, reviewing, and reporting for the Real Estate, Development and the Property Management Partnerships. Dawn has an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Philadelphia University and has obtained her MBA from Saint Joseph’s University. She brings with her over 18 years experience in all aspects of Accounting, and specifically she has 14 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. Before coming to Fameco she was employed with GMH Associates; a national real estate company that owns, develops, and manages real estate. She was employed as an Accounting Supervisor overseeing up to 5 Staff Accountants and reviewing 20 individual property financial statements. In addition, as Supervisor, she was responsible for compiling portfolio financial statements for the various Investors. Prior to working in the Real Estate industry, Dawn was employed by Synthes; a surgical implant manufacturer. |
