Kathy Blessing joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2002 as Director of Operations
for the Fameco Management Services division
and has been working in the real estate business since 1994. She has extensive experience in both the management of shopping centers as well as office buildings. Prior to joining Fameco Management Services, Kathy was employed by Metro Commercial Management Services as a Property Manager. Additionally, she was employed for several years by Brandolini Companies of Berwyn, PA where she oversaw the entire in-house management portfolio. Kathy is an active member of the ICSC. She is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara where she received her degree in Business Management; and is also a graduate of the PJA School in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania where she received her paralegal certification. |
