Perry GraBois joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2002 as a salesperson. Prior to joining Fameco, Perry spent seven years with Garrick-Aug Store Leasing, Inc. as an Associate Director in Central and Northern New Jersey. Perry is actively involved in tenant and owner representation as well as investment sales. To date, has leased more than 950,000 square feet of retail space and has sold more than 110 acres. He is currently representing Frank Theaters, Super Play USA, Innkeepers USA Trust, Staples, Fresh Market, Radio Shack, Foot Solutions and Bertucci’s Brick Oven Pizzera. Additionally, he completed transactions with Home Depot, McDonalds, T.G.I. Friday's, KFC, Subway, NY Sports, Cosi, Inc., National Tire & Battery, Sears Optical, Hair Color Express, Desert Moon Café, Panera Bread, Target, PetSmart, Best Buy, Chase Bank, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Rita’s Water Ice and United Star. Perry is an active member of ICSC and a graduate of Penn State University. |
