Michael Horne joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2002 and has 25 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker specializing in retail real estate. Michael has extensive expertise in site selection, market analysis, site development and dispositions. Prior to joining Fameco, Michael spent three years as Vice President of Retail Services at Silbert Realty & Management Company, and previous to that he was affiliated with Staubach Retail Services and RJ Brunelli & Company. Michael has completed numerous transactions on behalf of owners and tenants, having successfully negotiated deals with Staples, Barnes & Noble,
Walmart, Auto Zone, Panera Bread, IHOP, Red Robin Restaurants, Rite Aid Drug Stores, Pier 1 Imports, Old Navy, Bath & Body Works, TGI Fridays, Yum Brands. Additionally, Michael has a represented a wide variety of institutional as well as private landlords and developers including Kimco, Lightstone Group, SCI, Stavola Realty and O’Neill Property Group. Michael is an active member of the ICSC. |
