Gary Leone joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2002, and has over 25 years of corporate retail real estate and store operations experience. Gary’s corporate career path has brought him through prominent companies such as McDonald’s, Wawa Inc., Hollywood Entertainment and Public Storage, Inc. Prior to coming to Fameco Gary was a consultant with Northwest Atlantic Real Estate Services, where he was responsible for site acquisition and leasing services from New York to South Carolina. Today, Gary leads the expansion efforts of many National tenants in the greater Delaware Valley area. Gary attended Villanova University and is an active member of the ICSC. |
