George Wisnoski joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 1998. During the past ten years, George has specialized in retail real estate and has completed numerous transactions as a real estate broker and as a developer's representative. He has completed retailer representation assignments for Old Navy, Famous Footwear, Staples, Sherwin Williams, Rite Aid, Darden Restaurant's, Olive Garden, and Bahama Breeze concepts. George's owner representation background includes leases with Pathmark, BJ's Wholesale Club, Lowe's, Petco, Famous Footwear, and Save-A-Lot Food Stores. George has specialized in portfolio leasing for a number of the Delaware Valley's largest developers and is currently responsible for over one million square feet of retail space in the Philadelphia region. He is a graduate of Fordham University with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania with a Masters Degree in City Planning as well as an active member of the ICSC. |
