Jed Masloff, a Senior Associate at Fameco Real Estate, joined the firm in 2001 and has successfully represented buyers, sellers, tenants and owners in sale and lease transactions. Jed has represented best-in-class retailers including Staples, Giant Foods, Sonic Drive-In, , Cici’s Pizza, Payless ShoeSource, The UPS Store, GameStop, Bank of America, Floyd’s 99 Barbershop, Verizon Wireless, , The Little Gym, , Ted’s Montana Grill, Tennessee’s BBQ, Maggie Moo’s Ice Creamery, Foot Solutions among others who have looked to expand within the greater Philadelphia market. Most recently, Jed represented Variety Wholesaler’s, Inc. in their first Philadelphia Metro area location for their Roses department store concept with a 50,000 sf store located at Rising Sun Plaza in Northeast Philadelphia. On the Ownership side, Jed’s clients have included Onyx Equities, Parkway, Korman Commercial, JD Mack, Giant Foods, Sunoco, Conoco/Phillips, Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp, SMJ Construction to name a few. Jed graduated with a B.B.A. in Marketing from The George Washington University and he is an active member of the ICSC. |
