Jed Masloff joined Fameco Real Estate in 2001, and his focus is on both tenant and owner representation. Jed has completed transactions with retailers ranging from 750 to 50,000 square feet. He has worked closely with The UPS Store, GameStop, Maggie Moo’s Ice Creamery, Foot Solutions, The Little Gym among other retailers who have looked to expand within the greater Philadelphia market. Additionally, Jed has been involved in transactions with such retailers as Giant Foods, Forman Mills and Value City Furniture. In addition to his tenant representation role, Jed currently represents over 750,000 square feet of retail space in the greater Philadelphia market. Jed graduated with a B.B.A. in Marketing from The George Washington University and he is an active member in the ICSC and a member of ICSC’s Philadelphia Next Generation planning committee.
