Jerry Johnson joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 1999 and brings over twenty years of experience in retail/commercial brokerage. Jerry specializes in owner and tenant representation. Presently he represents almost 2 million square feet of retail space. Included among the Landlords Jerry has represented are: Lennar Partners, Willner Realty, Lutz Real Estate, and Benbrooke Realty. In addition to his leasing work, Jerry represents numerous tenants including Peebles Department Store, Radio Shack, Aspen Dental, Just Cabinets and Ollie’s Bargain Outlet. Prior to joining Fameco, Jerry spent five years with Metro Commercial Real Estate as a leasing associate in Central and Northern New Jersey. Jerry is a graduate of Monmouth University and an active member of the ICSC. |
