John P. Fasciano has over 22 years of experience in the real estate industry and established Fameco Real Estate, L.P.’s Investment Sales division in 2001.  In 2003, after only 3 years at Fameco, his contribution and leadership were recognized and John was made a Principal. Since 2003, John has completed several dozen sale transactions totaling in excess of $1.3 billion. Over the past 5 years, John has developed more than 3.5 million square feet for various joint venture partners.  Project types range from single tenant developments such as Best Buy - Vestal, NY and LA Fitness – Easton, PA, to full service 700,000 square feet power centers such as Upland Square - Pottstown, PA.  John’s responsibilities include site selection, land acquisition, land development, anchor tenant leasing, approval process, construction management, proforma preparation and performance, financing and physical property management oversight.  Currently, John is seeking to acquire existing properties for institutional clients and development opportunities for existing joint venture partners.

John has completed over 450 transactions during his career ranging from store leasing to portfolio acquisitions. Prior to joining Fameco, John spent 8 years as Vice President / Director of Retail Leasing with Brentway Management (now Cedar Shopping Centers, Inc) where his responsibilities included construction management, retail leasing and property analysis for all new acquisition properties throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut..  John is a graduate of Florida Institute of Technology and is an active member of the ICSC and the ChainLinks retail brokerage network.
