John P. Fasciano has nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and established Fameco Real Estate, L.P.’s Investment Sales division in 2001. In 2003, after only 3 years at Fameco, his contribution and leadership were recognized and John was made a Principal. Since 2003, John has completed several dozen sale transactions totaling in excess of $1 billion. He has completed over 400 transactions during his career ranging from store leasing to portfolio acquisitions. Prior to joining Fameco, John spent 8 years as Vice President / Director of Retail Leasing with Brentway Management (now Cedar Shopping Centers, Inc) where his responsibilities included construction management, retail leasing and property analysis for all new acquisition properties throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. He is an Advisory Board Member of Radnor Trust Company based in Radnor, PA. John is a graduate of Florida Institute of Technology and is an active member of the ICSC and the ChainLinks retail brokerage network. |
