Scott Dennis joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 1997. Scott specializes in land sales and land assemblages for developers and retailers. Prior to joining Fameco, Scott was National Acquisitions Director with A.I. O. Investments of San Francisco. He has nearly twenty years experience in trade area analysis, site selection, land acquisition, and commercial development. Scott has also been active in the expansion plans of several national retailers.  More recently he has focused on site selection for several “big-box” retailers, and has completed multi-property assemblages for a number of major supermarket chains and retail developers. Scott has degrees in Business Administration and Real Estate. He is also an active member of the ICSC.
