Jon D. Kushner joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. as a Principal in 1998 and is one of Fameco’s founding partners.  Jon has twenty three years of experience as a commercial real estate broker and specializes in retailer representation, owner representation and investment sales.       

Jon has completed multi-store expansion programs for retailers such as Costco, Kohl’s, Lowe’s, Staples, Target, Burlington Coat Factory, Barnes and Noble, Best Buy, Men’s Warehouse, and Pier One, among many others.  He has completed numerous investment transactions from the sale of apartment complexes to shopping centers to single tenant net lease properties.  Additionally, Jon serves as the exclusive owner representative for a number of high profile shopping center developments in the Philadelphia region including Ellis Preserve Town Square, a new 400,000 square foot lifestyle center project in a suburb of Philadelphia.

Jon acts as the ChainLinks Eastern Region Chairman. In this role he is actively involved in setting the strategic direction for ChainLinks as well as spearheading regional and national brokerage programs to support the ChainLinks Members.  Jon also served as Chairman of ChainLinks in 2005 and as a board member from 2004-2006. In addition, Jon has completed his C.C.I.M. Designation Coursework (Certified Commercial Investment Member), and is a graduate of The College of New Jersey.
