Jeffrey S. Cohen has over twenty years of experience in retail real estate. He is a Principal at Fameco Real Estate,L.P., joining the Company as part of the merger of Ripco, Pennsylvania and Banyan Associates, Inc., in 1997. In his capacity as a Landlord representative, Jeffrey is responsible for more than 2,000,000 square feet of retail space within the Delaware Valley and has acted as agent for developers in many of the region’s largest retail projects, including the development of Market Place at Garden State Park at the former Cherry Hill Race Track, Horizon Center in Neshaminy, Pennsylvania, Camden Town Center in Dover, Delaware and many others. He has also represented many of the nation’s leading retailers including Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, LA Fitness, and Kohl’s among many others. Among his other accomplishments within the industry, in 1996 he was selected as the exclusive agent for Genuardi Family Markets, and later was appointed to Genuardi’s Real Estate Committee where he played a major role in their expansion program prior to Genuardi’s sale to Safeway. He has also worked extensively with movie theaters, currently representing AMC Theaters, and over the years has consummated multiple transactions with both United Artists and Hoyt's Cinema Corporation. Outside his brokerage activities Jeffrey remains integral to shaping strategic planning and business development at Fameco. Jeffrey attended Fairleigh Dickinson University and is an active member of the ICSC. |
